Composition Concept Development
Here, we take the basic idea for your drink and develop it into a full, market-ready concept. During this process, we:
Identify your key needs and requirements for the beverage.
Project figures for pricing targets, production quantities, and terms (we do this in consultations with our experts in production management and beverage development).
Develop a range of potential concepts for your drink based on brainstorming sessions with our experts.
Work together with you to identify and develop the best concept for your drink.
Once the concept has been confirmed, our team of beverage scientists at our in-house laboratory get to work on developing the recipe and producing a prototype for your drink. During this process, we:
Perform a price analysis, source ingredients, identify cost reduction opportunities, and carry out product analysis.
Develop an initial prototype, perform laboratory stability testing, reformulate as necessary, optimize the formula, and deliver samples for testing and review.
Produce a final, realistic product offer with an end price of product ingredients and compound cost.

Small scale pilot bottling is a great option for beverage startups looking to test their idea by producing a small batch of their drink before investing in a large commercial production run. This enables entrepreneurs to get market feedback about their idea.
The main advantages of small scale pilot production are:
Reduces financial risk.
Start with a low minimum order quantity–so you do not have to produce a huge quantity of your product without knowing whether it will be successful or not.
Receive feedback from consumers, buyers, and/or investors and still be able to adjust the recipe for the industrial production.
Once a commercially viable recipe is complete, we will sign a Transfer & Acceptance Agreement. After this, the commercial formulation is your intellectual property.
Project Brief Stage. We require our clients to complete a Project Brief. This document helps us fully understand your project requirements.
Recipe Development Stage. Our formulation team begins the recipe development process by sourcing all necessary raw materials. Then, we formulate and test ingredients to match your desired taste profile. Throughout the process, you will be send samples to taste and critique. Based on your feedback, we will revise the recipe, up to three times, to create your desired beverage recipe, ready for commercial manufacturing.
Beverage Manufacturing Stage. Once a recipe is confirmed, we can help identify potential co-packers for your product.
